Admiralty brass tubes have various applications such as being used in power plants, ship repairs, ship building, condensate coolers, tank manufacturing, heat exchangers, vent condensers, turbine oil coolers, evaporators, distillers, vessel manufacturing, water heaters, desalination plants, machine shops, ferrules, refineries, generators, component manufacturing and air coolers. The capabilities of this kind of brass include the likes of: surface machining, assembly and finishing, sawing, waterjet machining, shearing, DFX/CAD drawing, cutting, etc. Admiralty brass, also called Arsenical brass, is also a copper zinc alloy, but it consists of small parts of arsenic and tin. It consists of 1% tin and 30% zinc.

Admiralty brass condenser tubes are very famous for their superior resistance to corrosion in water that is slow moving, stagnant water, clean seawater and even water that is moderately polluted. It is also resistant to bio-fuels. This type of brass has a very high-thermal conductivity. These types of tubes are available in various sizes and they can be got as semi-finished parts, pre-cut shapes and also in rough-cut pieces. These tubes can be procured as roped, square, hollow, bored, round, oval, half round, reeded, corrugated, quarter round, hollow wire, roped, flexible, hexagonal, thick walled, honed, tapered, rectangle, as well as in small or large diameter. This type of brass is available in various grades and these are: C270, C220, C687, C260, C332, C443, C330 and C230. Admiralty brass has high durability, it is very strong, it has high thermal conductivity, it is corrosion resistant, it is light weight and it lasts long.
